Codey Gandy of Jocko Willink and Leif Babin's Echelon Front talks about how to create change by evaluating your priorities.

From NEP’s 2022 Adapt or Die: Controlling the Narrative to Win the Hearts and Minds of Those We Serve conference, held March 10-11, 2022 at the Mirage in Las Vegas.

Codey Gandy is a former United States Marine now serving as a leadership instructor, strategic advisor, and 1st Responder Training Lead for Echelon Front. Gandy spent just over five years working as a ground combat leader for various units in the Marine Corps. He brings unmatched experience in demonstrating combat leadership in dynamic environments, building winning teams, and developing relationships across all levels of an organization. Gandy brings a unique front-line perspective as he served in several levels of enlisted leadership, starting as a front-line designated marksman and finishing his time in service as a Platoon Sergeant. In these roles, he constantly found innovative ways to improve training and challenge his teams in preparation for the real-world battlefield.

Echelon Front is a leadership consortium consisting of decorated, combat-proven veterans and leaders with experience in building, training, and leading high-performance winning teams.  Founded by former Navy Seals Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, the mission at Echelon Front is to help leaders build their own high-performance team and win, customizing training to your specific needs through long-range leadership courses, single or multi-day workshops, speaking, strategic advising, and their web-based training program.
